A major part of our sandlot philosophy is helping the client develop their own unique relationship with the site. Robert Gay of Thoughtbarn and I've been working closely with Salvador and Chris to develop drawings for future construction while making improvements to the site along the way. So far, we've designed and built a retaining wall to define the property, cleared and graded the site, brought in water and electricity, built a fence, and hooked up the clients’ Airstream trailer.
Most recently, we created a shed structure that serves as a mock-up for possible future construction techniques. Meanwhile, it acts as an outdoor living space while Salvador and Chris are in town and a storage space when they're away.
